The Gornji Milanovac municipality has significant experience with youth activity projects to find the best forms to include its youth participation in decision-making, but also to provide a perspective for the young people to willingly choose to stay, work and live in Gornji Milanovac. These goals became more challenging in today’s time, regarding the pandemic
situation and lockdown that change lives and ways of communication. Struggling with the national legislative limitations regarding employment, that made hard to provide full-time employment of the people directly responsible for youth programs, we followed and financially supported programs of local NGO and youth organization, empowering it to sustain and develop, so they can become the main local partners in youth politics.
